The Farm

The Farm, or "la ferme", was built in 1844 and has a strong history in the town of Hollis.
It was owned by the Siergiewicz family from the 1950s to early 2000s.
The family operated a horse and cow farm growing corn, hay and other field crops on the land. In the 60s, Mr. Siergiewicz started a small machine shop in the red barn across the street, now known as The Care Farm (wave to the animals!).
This was the start of Hollis Line Machining (HLM), now located in Milford (you know it, they have the big metal dinosaur and flag off 101). Over the decades, parts of the original farm were sold for development and some lands donated to the town of Hollis.
The 14 acre lot with white house and big red barn are what remain of the original farm.
The property changed hands only a few times since the early 2000s - from a small mail order business to a successful Horse and Hound physical therapy business and finally, the coworking office space that it is today.
Formerly known as Hollis Quick Office (HQO), La Ferme Coworking aims to rejuvenate the farming and agricultural history of the property, while expanding the flexible and professional office space services for the modern day professional.
With generous private offices, relaxing communal areas complete with kitchenette, two bathrooms, shower and laundry facilities and 14 acres with walking trails, we welcome you to find your space here!
